Breakfast was very nice, coffee station was nice surprise, front desk staff professional, friendly, and hard working! Bar/Restaurant was convenient, great food, and affordable.....nice surprise. Bartenders were Very Friendly and on it!!! Minor concerns: I requested top-upper floor and didn't receive...was on the 3rd floor of 14-15 floors. Also, checked out Friday AM....and still waiting on the return of my room deposit, (I understand it might take a couple days), just want to make sure it's processed.

The hotel is so nice. Will definitely stay here again. The beds are so comfortable. The front desk people are so nice. All the staff has really treated us so nicely and respectfully. Very clean hotel. The rooms are big and spacious . We have no complaints.

The staff were all excellent. The suite was spacious and well stocked. The valet was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor, and the street noise was much less than I expected. We were only in town overnight, but we were able to enjoy the harbor area and the many shops within walking distance.

I loved the room and how spacious it was the kitchen was great bathroom clean, bedding was nice not any dust in sight. Wish my stay wasn’t cut short but all in all I loved it I would be staying again.

Staff were awesome! About 10 minutes after getting settled in my room the front desk called and asked if I was happy with my room and if I needed anything. Room was perfect. Better than I had expected! Would definitely stay here again next time I am in the city.

The room is very comfortable, mini-apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. It's important for me. The only thing that is frustrating is the large number of deposits that are debited from the card and returned after two weeks. When we change seven to eight hotels per trip, an impressive amount accumulates. Guys, this is not convenient! The only chain of eight hotels that returns money with lightning speed is the Hilton.

The location, the staff especially Erika at the front desk, the equipment in the room ie microwave, stove, big fridge and dish washer.. we can ask to change towel everyday, coz theres no 'clean up room' while we stay there. We should call the front desk when we want to take garbage out
